Very few dealers in America even have the resources to attempt to earn this distinction. This certification is simply your assurance that you will receive the absolute best buying experience possible and the best service after the sale. We are honored to have been named one of the Top 100 Boat Dealers in America by Boating Industry Magazine. We also currently hold the CSI customer service award from Mercury in our service department. Only the top 1.5% of the over 5,000 Mercury dealers nationwide earn this distinction. Our service center is shared with our sister store, Kansas City Marine, and helped them acheive the distinctive certification of being a Bayliner & Maxum Pro Dealer. Sportsman's has, by far, the largest service center in Kansas City. We are the only Kansas City area dealer that has achieved Mercury's Premier status in both Mercury outboards and Mercruiser stern drives. We have five certified mechanics on staff all year round, and will service any brand of boat powered by Mercury. We are also available to service other motor brands, just give our service department a call for more information. We are excited about our newly expanded service center with eight new bays, and a drive-thru lane to better serve you!
