WE ARE THE LAST PLACE YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR A BOAT.

Kind of an absurd statement to make about my own business right? The fact is, we are kind of unique. Most places you go will do or say just about anything in order to sell you something. Here, we choose to do business a little differently. You are not going to come in our store (or visit us at a boat show for that matter)...find a boat that you like and hear someone say "10 grand off...but only if you buy it today!" or "We will give you twice what your trade is worth...but only if you buy it today!" Frankly, when I hear stuff like that come out of salespeople's mouths, all I can think of is how much your product had to have been overpriced to begin with in order to make me such an unbelievable offer. For us, for our customers and family, the way we do business is we would much rather give you what we can afford to give you up front.  It does not mean we will not work with you to earn your business, but it sounds a little different to hear you will get something worth a few hundred bucks to sweeten your deal than it sounds to get thousands of dollars off. We are not into people impulse buying a boat. If you want to make an impulse buy, feel free to look at the bic lighters and the ring pops next time you are checking out at the grocery store. As a general rule, most people do not buy boats very often, and deliberation and research are the norm. The more that you look around, the more that you learn, we feel like the better we look. We would much rather you do your due diligence and make an informed decision. Most of the time, that is what results in us making a sale. Sometimes it does not, and while that will always bother me a little bit - I feel like I should make every single sale every single time - Sometimes the product we have is simply not the best fit for a customer's needs and I have grown to accept that. I am glad that is rare! We are not the cheapest place to buy a boat, for that you usually need to go to a box store. Be prepared with a couple days' rations and maybe a signal flare or two...and for goodness sake it is twice as important to do your research because there is a good chance you will be answering your own questions. We are big enough to have resources and small enough to care. That is why we are the best place there is to buy a boat. 

And please, make us the LAST place you look!

We have definitely #Noticed an increase in our business this season. A very sincere THANK YOU to all our customers that have trusted us with your business and ordered or purchased a new boat from us already this year. In general, the national sales levels of new boats are climbing and this summer, that put several major manufacturers in a bind to meet demand. Some builders sold out their entire production capacity for the 2017 model year as early as March. This ended up placing a much bigger emphasis on in-stock units. The best news is that we still have some new inventory in stock RIGHT NOW and ready to rig to your specifications to get you on the water immediately. If you have a thought in the back of your head that you might want to custom order that perfect boat for next season, my advice would not be to wait until after the first of the year to try and do that.  Hopefully the builders are better prepared for next season but if they are not, the savvy buyer will have their boat on order this fall instead of finding out next spring that there are delays again like this past model year. No matter what you need to make the most of your time on the water, from a spark plug to a brand new boat, we hope to see YOU here in our store very soon!

We carry a great cross section of Lund and Triton fishing boats, as well as Premier, Palm Beach, and the new Lund pontoon boats on display INDOORS for you to check out. With our YYUGE showroom you can always see a couple dozen new boats all uncovered and under one roof. Keep in mind at this point in the season, fresh trades and lots of brokerage boats are coming and going every week so we continue to do our best to bring you a nice selection of great pre-owned boats. Please note that our used inventory typically sells fairly quickly so please call ahead to check the status of any pre-owned boat we have online if you would like to come take a look.

In the shop, the guys are going absolutely gangbusters with in season work and new boat rigging and prep. Let us know if we can help you with any repair or maintenance need that you want to have taken care of this season. You can always use our 24hr boat drop off service, just bring your boat by - day or night, whenever it is convenient for you and we will get your service work completed ASAP!

Policies

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge or your order prior to billing and shipping.

Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.

Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.


Returns and Exchanges

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to dealership.


Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.


Payment Methods

Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.


Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
