Josh handles new and used boat sales for Sportsman's Outfitter & Marine. Like all of us, he helps out everywhere and when he is not on the showroom floor helping a customer you may find him at the service counter or in the shop helping out. Since 2017.

Scott is the Service Manager of Sportsman's Outfitter & Marine, since 2006. He is the one to call to solve any problems with your boat or motor, and he keeps our shop running smoothly and on time.
Kylie Hemme

Kylie joined her world famous dad in our service department in 2020. She is responsible for completing repair orders and helps rig and clean new boats. Glad to have another Hemme at Sportsman's!
Darryl Echols

Darryl came to work for us in 2021 and handles all types of rigging and service work for us. He is an avid fisherman and loves working on his bass boat.

Paul has helped Sportsman's Outfitter and Marine with lake calls, boat shows, and repair orders for several years, starting back in the late 2000's. He is also our go-to guy for non-Mercury repairs.

Shaun has been helping Sportsman's Outfitter & Marine show and deliver clean boats since 2013 on a subcontractor basis. He started doing in-store work for us in 2018 occasionally helping out completing repair orders and shrink wrapping boats.

Steve returned to Sportsman's Outfitter & Marine in 2019 after having worked for us for several years back in our Lee's Summit location. We suppose you could say he has finally retired, but Steve will always stay busy. You will find Steve these days tinkering on his own boats and catching a fish or two down at his place at Bull Shoals Lake.

Gary joined the Sportsman's team in 2019 and specialized in selling the Malibu and Axis boats that are here through our partnership with StateAMind water sports in STL. He is a seasoned boater with lots of experience and be assured he can help you with any type or brand of boat we sell new or used. Gary is currently operating out of his Arizona office enjoying the sunshine and warm weather. Except when he has to run in it.
